Do I need a contract?
No. We work month to month, and you can stop with 30 days' notice.
How do you access my property?
Usually through your lockbox or key safe. If you prefer, we collect a spare key and keep it securely, labelled by code, never by address.
How do guests pay for add-ons?
We send your guest a secure payment link on WhatsApp before arrival. Groceries for pre-stocking are paid upfront.
Can you work with my existing cleaner?
Yes. Your cleaner does the clean, and we handle the rest around their schedule: linen, restocks, outdoor washing and the inspection report.
